Can I specify a particular time for my dog to be walked?
Our daily group dog walks are generally carried out at 9.00am, 11.00am and 1.30pm, though pick ups may be earlier and drop offs may be later. Heavy traffic and weather conditions may impact our times but we endeavour to walk as near to your requested time as possible.
How long are walks?
Our group walks are 1 hour, not including pick up and drop off. Please note in extreme heat walks may be shorter to ensure the welfare of your dog. Throughout the walks your dog will be offered fresh water.
Where will my dog be walked?
All our walks are carried out in parks and green spaces where it is safe and interesting for your dog. We also occasionally hire secure dog fields to let those who are not allowed off-leash the chance to stretch their legs. We vary the locations in order to provide variety for your dog. You will receive many photos and videos of your dog enjoying their walk with their furry friends.
Do I need to be at home when you collect or drop off my dog?
No, the majority of our clients are happy for us to hold keys for them which enables us to collect and drop of your dog while you’re not at home. All keys are kept in a secure location and will never be marked with anything other than the name of your dog.
What happens in an emergency?
In an emergency we will contact you immediately to discuss the situation. If we are unable to contact you and urgent veterinary attention is required we will take your dog to your nominated veterinary practice or alternatively the nearest vet depending on the circumstances.
Will I get to meet you before walking my dog?
Yes. A short meet-and-greet will always be conducted at your place of residence prior to any dog walking services being agreed. This allows us to meet each other, introduce your dog and answer any questions you may have. These can be arranged at short notice for a time that is convenient for you.
Are you insured?
Yes. If you would like to see proof of our insurance or any of our certifications please do ask.
Will I be charged if I cancel a walk at short notice?
We are very flexible when it comes to bookings and 24hrs notice will ensure there is no cancellation fee. Failure to provide 24hrs notice will result in full cost billing.
